This is the Mossberg 590A1. This tactical shotgun has a 20" barrel and can hold 8+1 rounds with its full length magazine tube. The choke, or lack there of, is considered cylinder bore and it has an effective range pushing 20 yards. The 590 differs from the typical 500 in that it is parkerized and has a bayonet lug. The 590A1 differs from the standard 590 in that it is the "military" version hence it has a heavier walled barrel and ghost rings sights. Also the trigger guard and safety button are made of metal instead of plastic.
